3. Products & Orders
- All products are sold subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Payments & Cancellation
- We accept payments via Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, and PromptPay.
- Orders are confirmed only upon full payment.
- No cancellation is allowed once an order is confirmed and payment is completed.
- For bank transfers, please upload your payment slip as proof of payment.
In exceptional cases such as pre-orders, cancellation may be accepted only if the order has not yet been prepared, packed, or dispatched, and solely at Foodsmiths’ discretion. Please contact us immediately at hello@foodsmiths.co for assistance.
5. Delivery & Shipping Policy
- Delivery fees are automatically calculated based on your postcode and delivery area.
- We deliver using temperature-controlled delivery services to maintain product quality.
- Delivery is typically made within 1 day for Bangkok and 3-4 days for upcountry after order confirmation.
- Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other external factors.
- Foodsmiths will not be liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
Customer Responsibility:
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
- The risk of loss or spoilage transfers to the customer upon delivery.
- Foodsmiths is not responsible for issues resulting from missed deliveries or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
6. Returns & Refunds Policy
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and no refund or return will be issued once delivered, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@foodsmiths.co, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Refunds will be approved only after verification by Foodsmiths.
- If a product return is required, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the issue was caused by Foodsmiths.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction within 7–14 business days after confirmation.
7. Loyalty Program
- Foodsmiths Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points may expire after a defined period or if an account remains inactive for an extended duration.
- Foodsmiths reserves the right to modify or terminate the Rewards Program at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content — including text, images, graphics, and logos — is the property of Foodsmiths and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Foodsmiths shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, products, or delivery services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased products in question.
