Caviar de Neuvic Caviar Butter 25g/Tin
Often imitated, but never equaled! Caviar butter is a recipe developed by Caviar de Neuvic with Michelin-starred chef Cyril Haberland.
It's simply butter mixed with 25% mature Baeri caviar. With a lower content, the caviar flavor would be less present, and above that, it wouldn't be more powerful. Tip: the flavors appear when reheating it; if it's too cold, you'll only taste the butter. Remove from the refrigerator 10 minutes before use.
